The nearest ski resort is Heavenly, being only a 10-15 minute drive away. No one will feel left out because all the rooms have a lakeview. This home is only about 5 miles from Northstar-at-Tahoe and 2 1/2 miles from Kings Beach. The very hospitable homeowner sometimes stays in the mother-in-law unit above the detached garage. Private parties and weddings can also be arranged. All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels equal to the maximum occupancy of the house, pot/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except Gilad home), and barbeque.
