This is an open-architecture style home, so the cook in the kitchen can talk with those in the other areas. Each sleeping areas has blue-velvet curtain to close the area off for privacy. There is only one door, and it's on the bathroom. There are 2-private off-street parking spaces which are accessed from the back alley and 1 on-street parking space in front of the Bungalow. This street does not require parking permits. Handicapped info for BBB = Parking in back can only accommodate one car if handicapped access is necessary. Other parking available without permit in front of home. Cars must be parked inside the white line which is done by going over the 3&#34, curb onto the small private sidewalk in front of the deck to avoid a parking ticket. Two small cars can be parked in front or one large one. Handicapped Information There is a ramp into back door which is the closest door to the cement parking area in back. There is a smooth cement path from parking to back door which is 29/30&#34, wide. Cement Patio with Gas BBQ, Foosball table and Outdoor shower are all accessable. It is an easy three minute walk to West Cliff Drive and the Lighthouse, a five minute walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and a fifteen minutes walk to historic downtown. Santa Cruz offers the beaches, Boardwalk, dog friendly parks, basketball courts, soccer, a new million dollar skateboard park, San Lorenzo river, Stagnaro’s and Gilda’s on the wharf, renowned Marianne’s ice cream, Pacific Cookie Company, Seabright brewery and the wonderful and fabulous Pacific ocean. Close by in town are Cinemas, Libraries, Museums, Laundromats, Hospitals and Churches.
