description:Vasquez Creek Lodge is an eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom vacation home conveniently located near downtown Winter Park, that sleeps 23 people. The Lodge is approximately 5300 square feet. The Lodge has a large deck area on two sides of the house, with a 7-person hot tub in one area, and the Vasquez Creek on the front side. There are two living rooms, a game (or meeting) room, and a ping-pong room, so lots of room to spread out, yet enough space for everybody to be together also. The fully-furnished kitchen is huge and sits 22, and has a commercial grill that everybody seems to enjoy using! There is also an outdoor barbeque and picnic tables. Winter Park also has hundreds of miles of trails for walking or biking. The ski area has summer activities - alpine slide, etc. There is also rafting, horse-back riding, etc. There are several really nice golf courses in the area. And Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and Lake Granby are only a short drive away! Hi Country Haus has the Fraser River flowing through the wooded property. The centralized recreation center offers indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, game room, laundry, sun deck, picnic pavilion and playground area for children. On site the small shopping center offers a ski shop, convenience store, small movie theater, laundry, CD and video store, bar and dining establishments. Nearby the Winter Park ski resort offers skiing and snowboarding, within a short drive you can experience natural hot springs, dog sled rides, world class mountain biking and hiking trails. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 45 minutes away. All guests will need to come to our main office. Check in time starts at 4PM. The office will have varying office hours throughout the year, but will be open daily from 8AM to 5PM. There will be an additional surcharge for any one nights stays. This fee will vary from unit size to unit size. Hi Country Haus is our most requested Winter Park property because it has everything you need in a mountain resort.
