The house has a partial water view (between houses). We are about 15 minutes from the Coast Guard Academy and from the US Navy's Submarine School. From our front yard, you can occasionally see a submarine or the Coast Guard?s tall ship Eagle, a 3-mast sailboat, from the front yard as they travel down the river.The first floor has 2 living room areas, dining room, new kitchen, and 1/2 bath. The dining room can seat up to 16. There is also another table on the front porch that seats 5.All rooms except kitchen and baths have hardwood floors. The washer and dryer is on the 1st floor.The second floor has a recently remodeled bathroom and 4 bedrooms (2 queens, 2 fulls). The third floor has two bedrooms and a full bath.
