Entertainment rooms, gym, swimming pool, tennis court are inside or within the complex. many of the residents here are foreign expats or visitors. Downstairs is a public park with the ancient courtyard residence of a Qing Dynasty royal official. Restaurants movie theatres, shopping centers, Starbucks, Chinese Opera House, hospital, drugstore, etc are all closeby and subway station is within short walking distance.
