Our unit borders Fort Clinch State Park to the West, with the ocean nearby to your North and East so there is only vehicle access from the South thus no through traffic. Great neighborhood having a large natural beach area with dunes. Main Beach is also nearby for those of you who prefer a more populated beach with lifeguards. The condo is airy and spacious approximately 1,200 sq ft in size with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has two balconies, one balcony directly off the living/dining area (facing the ocean to your east) and the other a small private balcony outside the master bedroom facing a natural area of Fort Clinch State Park (in the background of the picture to the rear of the unit). The condo is an end unit on the second floor with a private entrance which gives you a little extra breathing room and privacy compared to most of the units in the complex.
