We have completely furnished the house with everything you need--all linens, complete kitchen, beach towels, etc. Great balcony overlooking the ocean for reclining or eating, lower walkway--less than 100 feet (to your own private seats on top of the dune, and then down to the ocean. The beach is very private, some days you are the only ones there. But for safe swimming you can go down to the pier where there are lifeguards.
