As well as Southern Dunes there are over 20 other quality golf courses to be found with-in a 30 minute drive and cater for every level of golfer. Just outside the gates of the community is a large Wal-Mart hypermarket which will cater for your every whim. There are a large number of good and cheap eating places within a short distance of the complex, as well as a bank. The house itself backs onto the fairway of the second hole and is not overlooked.
