The large beamed living room with nine windows provides spectacular harbor views day and night and opens to a large deck. Other common areas include the dining room with its old brick fireplace and the second floor reading-room, both overlooking the Damariscotta River. Guest rooms are large and airy with private tiled baths, satellite TV, wi-fi, decks and fireplaces. Beds are king and queen sized (twins also available) and are appointed with fresh flowers.
