This room opens to a lovely covered porch. The property faces east, with morning sun until about 3:30 p.m. on the large dock. Swimming from the dock or patio, plus whips for your boat and a depth at the dock of three feet. The first floor features a small bedroom with a bunk bed and one double bed.
