The downstairs bathroom has a handicaped accessible stand up shower with shower wand, bench, and gaurd rails. There is a laundry area in the downstairs hallway. The second floor living room is a perfect place to watch movies, work at the oceanveiw desk for die hards, or just relax when you need to get away from it all. There is a wet bar and a Queen pull out sleep sofa, large rocker for soothing babies, and a front deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
