The townhouse ground floor features a private 2.5 car garage, private storage area for all of your beach gear, outside shower, and a grand two story foyer. The main floor will be where you do most of your gathering. The large living area (with queen sleeper sofa), powder room, gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar with five bar stools for those unexpected guests, and spacious dining room provide all of the comforts of home. The main floor also includes the luxurious mini-suite with a queen bed and private balcony. Additionally, the upper floor holds the remainder of the bedrooms. The master suite has a queen bed and its own private bath with a Jacuzzi tub/shower, dressing room, walk in closet, and private deck with an Ocean view. The other two bedrooms have large closets and share the hallway bathroom. One bedroom has two bunk beds (four single beds) and the other bedroom has one bunk bed (a single bed over a full sized bed).
