description:The home is located on Edisto Island renowned for not having any stop lights! The house can be rented as either 2, 4, or 6 bedrooms. The rate quoted is for 6 bedrooms. If only need two, then quoted rate reduced by 2/3. If you want the 4 bedroom side, then rate reduced by 1/3. The two bedroom side is equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. The 4 bedroom side has all features. Laundry room available to all. Deposit and references required. ;

Located on Laroche Street, near the Point Street area - Built approx 1985 FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET - BRING YOUR LAPTOP This comfortable house has four bedrooms, two full baths, a screened porch and sun deck. Three of the bedroom have queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for the kids. There is an upstairs sitting area with a queen sleeper-sofa which sleeps an 11th and 12th person. You can get a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and necessities. Basketball and ping-pong are available on-site for the kids (bring your own basketball, ping-pong equipment is furnished). Cable TV available in the main living area and in the upstairs sitting area, so you can watch what you want while the kids are upstairs watching what they want. The beach is located a very short walk (1 & 1/2 blocks) down a sandy road. When you return from a day on the beach, an outside shower (hot and cold water) is available to rinse off the sand. Available for rent all year. This is a rental-by-owner. However, during your stay, the property will be managed by a local rental agency, which can help with any needs that may arise. Minimum one week rental during peak season. ;
