description:Our 1200 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath condominium was built in 2006 and offers contemporary space, tasteful design and all the modern amenities, plus the convenience of slopeside lodging at Jay Peak Resort. There is a master bedroom suite w/ king bed, room with two twin beds, a fold out couch that sleeps two, living room w/ gas fireplace, formal dining room with eight-person table and a gourmet kitchen w/ breakfast bar. Other amenities include private/lockable ski locker, outdoor deck w/ barbecue grill, and all modern appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, DSL internet, TV/DVD (w/ collection of movies) and iPod docking station. Bed linens, towels, dishware, flatware, boardgames and books populate the premises. Unit V433 in Building 13, is located on the Grammy Jay slope, which is due east of Raccoon Run and the Village Quad Chair. Our outdoor deck overlooks Grammy Jay and has views down the valley. Jay, Vermont, by car, is 6 hours from New York City, 4 hours from Providence, and 3 hours from Boston. The closest major airport, in Burlington, Vermont, is an hour south of the Jay Peak Resort. New 18-hole Graham Cooke designed course. Lots of summer activities. Daily rentals $100/night. Weekly stays $500. Rental prices do NOT include cleaning fee or accommodations tax.
