It comes fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths (two with jaccuzi tubs), sofabeds in both the living room and the finished basement, a 1.5-car garage and a 100 square foot furnished cottage adjacent to the house. Amenities include designer furniture and top-of-the-line appliances throughout, TVs in almost every room, a living room fire place, living room surround sound system, large outdoor fireplace, wrap-around porch and outdoor furniture to relax with family and friends, recreational basement complete with pool table, large screen TV and surround sound system. Summer rates: $2500.00 Summer by the week only. Spring/Fall/Winter Rate $1800.00 $375.00 a night. Short and long-term leases might be available. Might consider last minute 'unbooked rate for only $200.00 a night.
