A more comprehensive Welcome Pack is available if required. The Villa is situated in a quiet location with very good access to all surrounding facilities. There are restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. Bed linen & towels are provided & changed weekly throughout your stay. Beach towels are not provided for your use. In the resort leisure complex you will find tennis courts, 2 large swimming pools a jacuzzi, sunbeds & parasols are provided. It is a luxurious house built in typical Algarve style and maintained to a very high standard. The private grounds of between 1 to 2 acres and pool are fully maintained. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and terraced with an orchard area containing orange, lemon, apple trees etc. Large lawn area to the back of the villa. The swimming pool is an attractive shape with Roman steps leading in and is a good size at approx 10 x 5 metres. There are plenty of sun loungers on the pool deck and a covered terrace where you can find shade from the sun. Also a summer house across from the pool. There is a terrace to the side of the villa with a very attractive built in barbecue and dining area. The villa contains one double bedroom with French windows straight onto the pool deck and with en-suite bathroom. 1 twin bedded room, family shower room and a single bedded room. The villa sleeps 5 comfortably. A very attractive and good sized fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster etc. A big picture window frames the view. There is a TV and video in the large lounge/dining area which again has big windows to the wonderful view one side and the pool deck on the other side. There is a terrace to the back of the house with dining furniture, overlooking the garden to the stunning view beyond. The maid comes in five times a week. Casa Colina Verde has a manager who is available should you require assistance. A 'welcome pack' of groceries is put into the kitchen on your arrival day.;
