We proudly offer our newly renovated, beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home on a quarter acre lot with pool, spa and large grassy area for the kids to play. We’ve tried our very best to make sure our home has everything you will need to make your vacation magical! Our one story home is warm and inviting -- it has been recently painted, carpeted, refurnished and outfitted with all the amenities you could possibly want. You and your family will have room to spread out with over 2,000 square feet of open and airy living space, including a fully stocked kitchen. There are 3 eating areas- kitchen, family room and dining room that seat a total of eighteen people. The family room’s sliding doors open to the patio where you can easily keep an eye on children in the above ground swimming pool, spa or yard. Family room includes two comfortable couches open to queen beds, an entertainment center, dining/game table, large flat screen television, dvd player and lots of movies-- a home that is perfect for large families. Sleeps 14- Master bedroom with king bed has its own bath. Two other bedrooms have new queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Two queen sofas make into beds as well. Crib available upon request. The location is perfect! Close and convenient to everything, yet hidden away in this quiet, safe, established neighborhood. It sits on a tree lined street, where the neighbors know each other and always say hi to our guests as they walk to the local park at the end of the street. It is one of the best little neighborhoods in Anaheim, yet only 1 mile from Disneyland. The street is ½ block off of the main street leading to Disneyland! There is also an Ipod docking station with speaker.The master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen tv /DVD player and huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub/ separate shower and also an office area and walk in closet, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and tv/DVD player and large closet, the kids room has 2 bunk beds and a tv/VCR,Play Station 2 player with lots of games and 2 guitars for Guitar Hero challenges.The 2nd bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, the patio has a large patio table and chairs with a gas BBQ and conversation area seating. The garage has a small refrigerator for drinks and a foosball table. With the beaches being near by, the closest about 20 minutes away, we have beach towles, beach chairs and 2 rolling coolers (small and big). I even have an extra beach bag in the master closet. For those of you who need to stay connected,we have unlimited WIFI for your lap tops. Just around the corner is Dad Miller's Golf Course where Tiger Woods used to play. The shopping is great in Orange County. You are just 15 minutes away from the upper scale shopping mall at South Coast Plaza.
