Fontaine Vive stands in a one acre fenced garden making it ideal for children. It is perfect for those seeking a peaceful country retreat, yet it is within easy reach of both the Charente and Dordogne departments' numerous attractions. It is only 5 mins from the hamlet of Ronsenac (grocer, butcher, cafe)and 10 mins from Villebois Lavalette, a small town with all amenities and a big supermarket. A large 40 sq m lounge with open fireplace, TV/DVD/Satelite/Video /Hifi, phone with 4 patio doors opening out to east and south terraces. This room has a large table that can seat 10 people, with a view of the war memorial and leads through to the lounge, with its wooden floors and calm cream walls, three-piece suite, TV and stereo, the large spacious room has French doors that lead you back into the garden. In the lounge, there is another door that leads to the stairs. Bedrooms Off the first floor landing there are three bedrooms and one bathroom the first is the twin bedroom, which looks out over the village. The other two rooms both overlook the garden and have the morning sun both of these rooms are large and airy, one is a triple room and the other a double room. On the second level is a single bedroom, the master bedroom and another bathroom. The single room is suitable for one single bed and Cot. Across the hall is the master bedroom which has panoramic views of Passirac and the garden, this room is spacious.
