The middle floor has a second master suite with two queen beds, a living area with TV, and an ensuite bath. On this same floor are two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and sharing a bath. On the lowest floor is a private apartment with it's own bath, one full and one twin bed, as well as the laundry facilities and garage.
