description:Beautiful rental just 3 houses from a gorgeous NEW lifegaurded kayaking and surfing beach. This house is a steal compared to hotels split by families!!!!!! There is fresh, contemporary decor throughout house. This house has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people. The kitchen/dining room/ living room is a great room for easy entertaining while preparing meals, it also has a TV/DVD/VCR in it. The kitchen has a eat at bar that seats 5 with the dining table that seats 9 next to it, and a pop up table in living room if needed. The downstairs has a nice large bedroom with 1 King size bed and 1 full for a family to share. The other downstairs room has a King bed. The downstairs bathroom has a handicaped accessible stand up shower with shower wand, bench, and gaurd rails. There is a laundry area in the downstairs hallway. The second floor living room is a perfect place to watch movies, work at the oceanveiw desk for die hards, or just relax when you need to get away from it all. There is a wet bar and a Queen pull out sleep sofa, large rocker for soothing babies, and a front deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The second floor bathroom has full size bathtub/shower combo, with large sink area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all with a Queen size beds. Off the back of the second floor there is a another deck with outside steps to exit. The lovely garden in front attracts birds, and butterflies visible from downstairs living room. Our roomy outside shower has a bench in it.There's a clothesline on the side of the house.The large backyard is nice with room for outdoor grilling with 2 sets of patio furniture for entertaining. The front/side yard allows 7-8 parked cars. description:Beautiful rental just 3 houses from a gorgeous NEW lifegaurded kayaking and surfing beach. This house is a steal compared to hotels split by families!!!!!! There is fresh, contemporary decor throughout house. This house has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people. The kitchen/dining room/ living room is a great room for easy entertaining while preparing meals, it also has a TV/DVD/VCR in it. The kitchen has a eat at bar that seats 5 with the dining table that seats 9 next to it, and a pop up table in living room if needed. The downstairs has a nice large bedroom with 1 King size bed and 1 full for a family to share. The other downstairs room has a King bed. The downstairs bathroom has a handicaped accessible stand up shower with shower wand, bench, and gaurd rails. There is a laundry area in the downstairs hallway. The second floor living room is a perfect place to watch movies, work at the oceanveiw desk for die hards, or just relax when you need to get away from it all. There is a wet bar and a Queen pull out sleep sofa, large rocker for soothing babies, and a front deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The second floor bathroom has full size bathtub/shower combo, with large sink area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all with a Queen size beds. Off the back of the second floor there is a another deck with outside steps to exit. The lovely garden in front attracts birds, and butterflies visible from downstairs living room. Our roomy outside shower has a bench in it.There's a clothesline on the side of the house.The large backyard is nice with room for outdoor grilling with 2 sets of patio furniture for entertaining. The front/side yard allows 7-8 parked cars.
