Samish Island offers great walking and bike riding with very little traffic. A ten minute walk from the cottage will bring you to a little park where you may access and walk the shoreline. Visit nearby Blau's Oyster Farm and pick up a dozen fresh succulent Samish bay oysters perfect for grilling on the cottage's Weber grill. Add corn on the cob and a fresh salad for a favorite island meal. Stay in contact by email with friends and family using the Cottage's private wireless broadband Internet connection. Your laptop must be Wi-Fi enabled or have a wireless PC card. If you wish to stay in touch by phone please bring your cell phone. Telephone service is not available in the cottage. Cell phone reception & transmission is good.
