This is a exclusive gated community located halfway between Port Bolivar and Crystal Beach. Unobstructed view of beach, private lake, and historic Galveston, Texas from wrap around deck. This great vacation house is just a few steps over the dunes to the Gulf of Mexico. This home is just a short ferry ride across the waterway between Galveston Island and Bolivar Peninsula. ****Please note the following: June July 3 nights total. Weekends are not available during the above-mentioned summer months unless there is a cancellation at the last minute.****

The living room has a full size futon and a twin size futon.) There is a fire place. The newly updated kitchen includes dishwasher, Jen-Air, and a glass top stove along with washer and dryer. Additional cooking can be done on the Bar-B-Q grill outside. The two bathrooms have been updated. Friends and family can enjoy the benefit of the community pool one block away. Every evening enjoy the sunset from the back porch. There is a fenced in yard were you can allow your pets to roam without worry, some rules will apply. Come relax and enjoy a vacation paradise.
