Folly Beach, often referred to as the Edge of America, is located at the end of Highway 171 on the Atlantic Ocean just eight miles (10 minutes) from downtown Charleston, South Carolina via the new interstate connector (#30). Our Non-Smoking unit is located near the Folly Beach Pier (this is your ocean view from the living room and master bedroom). From our condo its only a short walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Folly Beach. Folly Beach is widely known as a family beach. You can watch your children play on the beach from our unit. It is only a short drive to the Charleston Battery, Market, carriage rides, antique shops, antebellum mansions, and harbor cruises. World-class golf (Ryder Cup-Kiawah Island) is twenty minutes away. The Charleston and Municipal Golf Course is about eight minutes away. Even if you are not successful fishing from the Folly Beach Pier (you can rent a pole for $5 per day), do not worry, there is a great fish market offering freshly caught seafood every day. Our villa is furnished with all the cookware you will need to prepare a seafood boil or oysters on the half shell. Don't feel like cooking?
