description:A truly unique getaway! This two bedroom cabin is just a few years old, yet looks like a historic cabin from the Old West. Not a detail was overlooked in the design, furnishings and amenities. A beautiful river rock fireplace, well designed kitchen, outdoor shower and a separate studio guest cabin are just a few of the extra details. The cabin is about 1400 square feet, all on one level plus a small loft with a futon for extra sleeping space. General location: Located south of Bozeman about 15 to 20 minutes. The cabin is in a small clearing, down a long private driveway that winds through the trees. There is a wonderful kitchen, with a microwave, electric range and oven, dishwasher and good cooking ware and serving ware - basically, everything you could need! The kitchen has a long counter island which separates the kitchen from the dining and living area. Dining and living room: The dining room table will seat up to six people comfortably, and is open to the beautiful living room. A grand moss rock fireplace is the focal point of the living room. There is a television with satellite, VCR, and a nice stereo system. Wonderfully unique artwork, lamps and furniture make an enjoyable atmosphere. Off the dining area is a small den which has a pullout sofa (a single size bed) and a small office space. Upstairs is the loft with a queen size futon mattress. The second full bath is just off the den. Setting, acreage, views: The cabin is on forty wooded acres, with a small meadow where the cabin is located. A long private driveway winds through the trees to get to the cabin. A small guest cottage can be found down a pretty little path and tucked into the trees just a short walk from the main cabin. There is a front porch, a small living area with a woodstove, and a loft with a queen size mattress. There are no bathroom or kitchen facilities for the guest cottage.
