There is satellite television on a HDTV 37 flatscreen in the Living room and a 27 HDTV Flat screen in the master bedroom with a DVD player. The living room has a surround system that will blow the neighbors away and allows for the classic candlelight fireplace for those romantic nights away from the sounds of the big city blues. There is phone service that not only does not charge for local calls but long distance calls either. It is fully loaded too. ****We are very prompt with email and phone call messages. 99% of the time we will get you an answer the same day as your inquiry. We hear that a lot of listings on here don't return emails and calls. You WILL get a prompt reply from us. Immaculate large (850 sq ft) two bedroom condo - with the bedrooms split far apart. It features a full kitchen, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a sleeper sofa, and all of the comforts of home. We have three cable tv's, two vcr's, two dvd players, and a Nintendo video game system (with 20 games). We supply all linens and towels - no charge. The kitchen has all of the major and minor appliances. It also has all of tools for cooking and dining. We provide coffee, creamer, sweetnlow, hot chocolate, and microwave popcorn. The complex has a large swimming pool with entertainment area, a private tennis court, and a complimentary coffee bar. The large balcony overlooks the ocean with an unobstructed panoramic view. Most Galveston condos only offer a peak at the ocean. Some unique things that we provide - a library of current books, a small movie collection, board games and cards, and an owner's recommended list of local and unique restaurants (from lifelong residents). Nestled in the dunes on a large private lot, we are footsteps away from the ocean. Decks surround 3 sides of the home and all 4 bedrooms open out to a deck. Home is open and airy, you've got a great view of the ocean as soon as you open the front door. Beautiful and well equipped kitchen overlook the living room - the whole space was designed with entertaining in mind. 42 Plasma screen tv in living room, tvs in master bedrooms + dvd, basic cable, outside speakers to listen to your favorit music on the deck.

description:Our home did survive Ike! It is amazing! We are just counting our blessings but knowing that it will be a long haul to clean up and fix up and be ready for future rentals. Right now, the subdivision has to regain roads and electric as well as water. Severe damage coming to the homes both directions is hampering getting to the homes. We have only seen pictures ourselves. As soon as we are up and running this post will change. God Bless ALL our faithful guest that have called or emailed to see if we are okay. It has been an awesome feeling to know our home makes a difference in their families lives. Thank you all so very much. Awesome oceanfront four bedroom two bath with a huge loft near Galveston. You can fish into the gulf right from our property! It is not uncommon to catch a 30 or 40 pound red fish right from the deck! The views are absolutely the best available. Huge kitchen, family areas all look out to the ocean. Watch the dolphins play from the 50 foot deck, find sandollars on your beach walk. Rest in this quiet community! Owner rental means the home is well kept. We will consider well trained pets with a $100 fee. Feel free to call or email in spite of the calendar. I rarely update the calendar.
