Looking to the west your eyes rest on untouched green hills and colorful Caribbean sunsets. At night the brilliance of the stars and moon are unforgettable. The house is built on a 14 acre estate stretching across to the ocean on other side of the island. The property is filled with lush plants and fragrant tropical flowers. You can relax on our many decks, private beach or in the thatched cabana, where there is a freshwater shower. There is plenty of opportunity to make a sumptuous meal or simply make reservations! Relax in the large freshwater pool and adjoining pool house . Enjoy a tropical drink made at the pool wetbar while relaxing on the built in bench in the pool or on the numerous pool chaises.Just down the path is the 600+ feet of your own glorious secluded beach. This is one of the most fabulous beaches anywhere in the Bahamas and it is nearly always empty. If you enjoy a bit of shade a tiki hut is built at the waters edge for your enjoyment. The compound is surrounded by very large properties -- all of which are privately owned. These homes are rarely used so there is true solitude and complete privacy. The living/dining room is well appointed with tv/dvd and cd player. Dining table etc.The kitchen has a marvelous 5 burner gas range with an electric/convection oven, microvave and 2 dishwashers, a huge fridge and plenty of gadgets. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. Two main terraces, one one the ocean side and one in a sheltered walled garden service the main house, both seat at least 14.The loggia terrace features a gorgeous brand new 'outdoor kitchen' with 1 ss gas grill and another ss charcoal grill. Adjoining the main house is a charming room with 2 single beds and bath. Just beside the main house is a guest cottage. This colorful house has 2 single beds in the bedroom plus a kitchen/sitting room and full bath.The sitting room also has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge,and dishwasher. A covered front porch and a sunterrace compliment this home.The laundry room is also found in this building. A short walk from the main house is Kari's Cottage.
