There is a 2 car garage with an extra space outside the garage in a secure area. A partial ocean view can be seen from the Master Bedroom and Living room. The living area has a fireplace that separates the dining area, which has an oak table that can be expanded to sit 10 people. Each bedroom has a televison and telephone. The home also has a CD stereo system and vcr/dvd players as well. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
