If the cottage is not required, it will remain empty in order to ensure privacy. The home's main floor offers an open-plan kitchen and dining and living areas where you an enjoy the spectacular ocean views. There is one bedroom on the main level with twin beds. On the ground level there is a second bedroom with queen bed and a sea view. You will be lulled to sleep by the waves that lap below your window. The sleeping cottage adjacent to the main house offers a queen bed with an ocean view and its own bathroom.;

description:Mediterranean villa style executive oceanfront ground floor condo with 180 view Seacliff is for those who want to pamper themselves with urban luxuries in a country setting. It is perched on a low bluff overlooking Nanaimo Harbour, Protection and Newcastle Islands, and Vancouver Island in the distance. From the beach terrace one has a window on the world kayakers drift by, ferries and freighters come and go, eagles soar and nest in the evergreens. Seacliff is near to the end of a quiet, deadend road, and offers privacy on all sides. There is swimming across the road in a small bay, or for confident swimmers, right off the beach terrace just steps from your door. This spacious condo has a large livingroom overlooking the covered patio and ocean. There is a queen pullout couch, a big screen TV with cable and high speed internet hookup, and propane fireplace. Off the livingroom is the master bedroom with king size bed, an electric fireplace, and dressing table with mirror. It has access through sliding glass doors to the patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and is accessed from the patio only. The large bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and shower, in-floor heating, heated towel rails, gold-plated fixtures, and a picture window facing out into a secret grotto which is lit at night. A full-sized kitchen has a pass-through and eating area with bar stools. A large dining room table will seat up to 10. There are 3 ceiling fans to keep the rooms always comfortable.
