We are Richard and Sian Kelly and welcome you to Laugharne Villa, our luxury villa which is situated within the secure gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. The golf course is a 4.5* links course and boasts a club house, pro shop and practice area which is open to everyone and also has a reasonably priced bar and restaurant with a varied daytime menu. In addition, there is a childrens play area, tennis courts and a fishing lake, Lake Joe. There are also communal swimming pools (for those who are energetic). in addition to our private heated pool. Within walking distance of the villa there is a WAL-MART 24hr superstore, a WIN DIXIE, a Dollar Tree, Blockbusters and MacDonald's as well as other fast food outlets.Currently being constructed is a large Publix supermarket which offers better quality produce within a 10 minute drive. A short distance away we highly recommend Mannies chop house for a good meal at very reasonable prices and more food than you can eat. As well as all the attractions Florida has to offer, our villa is only 20 minutes from Disney and is in a perfect location for Busch Gardens and all other attractions. The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. The living area comprises a large open plan lounge, with cable TV, DVD player and a playstation, a dining area and fully fitted kitchen with a portable radio and cd player. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
