description:White powdery sand beach is literally 30 steps from the condo. This is a true one bedroom that sleeps four to six comfortably. It is not a studio with a small bed niche that others in the building (Pats at Punaluu) try to pass off as a one bedroom. This unit is the ground floor corner unit, the most preferred location. All visitors have agreed that this unit is the best located one. It has a Deluxe King bed with pillowtop mattress in the bedroom, a full size top of the line futon couch which is more comfortable than a bed (at a cost of more than $400 for the futon mattress alone), 2 single futons and even an extra full size king air mattress with pump and lots of extra linens. There is a Pentium IV computer in the bedroom that has unlimited high speed internet access and Wi-Fi for you personal laptops. The unit is stocked with quality snorkeling equipment, quality Boogie boards, movie video library and even books. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove/oven, pots, pans, dishes and silverware, paintings of ocean and ocean life, track lighting in both front and back rooms, acrylic glass set, microwave containers, knife set, 'patio set with cushions .....Also deluxe toaster oven w/rotisserie, automatic rice cooker, 2 color TVs, VCR, DVD Player, Panasonic microwave, coffee maker and grinder, Kenmore washer/dryer, remote phone, leather Recliner chair and clock radio/CD player in the bedroom. You will enjoy visiting because part of the time you have the white sandy beach completely to yourself (Yes it is always safe). The area (Hauula) is on the opposite side of the island from the airport and Waikiki. About 45 minutes to an hour drive. It is not far from the Polynesian Cultural Center (about a 10 min.drive). The city bus line picks up directly in front of the unit. Sunset Beach is about 15 minutes away. Baywatch Hawaii was filmed about 25 minutes away in Haleiwa and North Shore on FOX was filmed 20 minutes away in the same direction. Lost is presently filming in Waialua past Haleiw...

description:Honolulu and Waikiki, Northshore Haliewa are all about a 30 minute drive. Golfing and fine dining at Turtle Bay resort is about 15 minutes. Kahana Bay State Park is 2 minutes and Punalu'u Beach Park is across the street. There is a market 5 miles up the road as well as a Mom and Pop market within walking distance. The house is well set up for families or small groups. The livingroom, dining room, kitchen, and another dining area are all centrally located in one area under a highbeam ceiling. The backyard area (small) is also part of this equation and has several patio chairs and a weber grill. The whole house has A/C and all the bedrooms have private remote A/c, TV's, and large beds. The largest bedroom (master suite) has a king bed, large flat screen HD TV, large stone wall bathroom, small kitchenette, and a private entrance/exit. The wireless internet reachs all rooms. There are books, movies, and music on a bose sterio. Surround sound on the plasma TV for that theater effect in the livingroom. The beach is right across the street and is walkable and kayak friendly. All soaps, laundry detergent, paper products (towels and TP) provided. All linens (sheets and towels) provided. The kitchen has everything you need including paper and foil products, condiments, appliances, cold drinking water, microwave, etc...
