Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features an extra large butcher block island with heavy duty 4 burner gas range top. Directly behind the counter are side by side refrigerator, double oven, microwave and pantry, and to the right, a large and long viewing window over the sink and countery area provide good work space and storage. The dining area has dining table and chairs, futon (can also sleep 2 additional guests), and 2 wicker chairs. There are 3 sets of french doors which lead out to the decks and hot tub. The back of the home has 4 sleeping areas and 2 full bathrooms (shower and tub combination), with a master bedroom and two guest bedrooms all having queen beds and pillowtop mattresses. This community offers a clean lake for swimming, with sandy beach, club house and tennis courts. The home is set on a hill, with nice deck area, large kitchen and living rooms. The first thoughts our guest might have in driving to this vacation home is the beauty in its location and surroundings. Located in Geyserville, about 15 minutes north of Healdsburg, this little cottage is perfectly placed in a private community, with a clear refreshing lake, club house and tennis courts. Fully furnished to accommodate 7 guests, there is also lots of room to walk, hike or swim in this community of custom homes. The town of Geyserville has several wonderful restaurants, including Santi and the Geyservilled Smokehouse, and the Hoffman House Deli. This is also a nice jumping off point to the area's wineries (Geyser Peak, Chateau Souverain, Trentadue) and Lake Sonoma for boating or canoeing. As you enter the courtyard, you will notice a nice table, chair, umbrella and bbq. To your right is the laundry area, and to the left the kitchen, which is supplied with lots of cookware, utensils and dishes to serve all 7 guests.
