Recently restored/ remodeled in 2005 the upstairs has slate and oak floors throughout, modern kitchen with stainless counters, w/d, dw, gas double stove and range, mahogany paneling throughout, an upright piano and a 43 plasma TV. Complete with wireless internet, satellite TV, DVD, surround-sound stereo throughout the main floor and deck it doesn't get much better than this. The sleeping rooms are downstairs in the day-light basement complete with cork floors, floor to ceiling windows to the north, a TV in the master and a full bath with double sink, separate shower and tub. Given the set up of the house the bedrooms are always cool in the evening for perfect sleeping.
