description:First, the house is beautiful and spacious and well laid out. The single biggest detractor is the lack of air-conditioning. Yes, I realize many/most Oahu residents live without a/c, but most guests at this home aren't from here and, frankly, for a $1200/day rental in a multimillion dollar house, expect it. My sister went to a Wal-Mart their first night here and purchased six fans to place in the bedrooms so people--especially those in the bottom deck--could comfortably sleep. My recommendation, therefore,... ;
