description:This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Land O Lakes Florida. The house was built in 2004, has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and ceramic tile. Relax in the huge 18X18' screened sunroom that overlooks a conservation in the back of the house. The home is 1860 square feet, and has a two car garage, and indoor laundry room with washer and dryer. Home features one king size bed, one double bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the formal living room. Family room has a large sofa that can be used for additional sleeping. The home is located in Land O Lakes Florida in a quiet, family oriented, gated community with a very nice community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, ball fields, large children 's playground, and fitness center. There are many parks, loads of golf, and beaches within a 20 mile radius. There are also many shopping and dining options very close to the home. The house is located off State Road 54, approximately 5 minutes from the Suncoast Parkway, and approximately 10 minutes from highway 75. St. Petersburg is approximately 30 minutes south on the Suncoast parkway, and Tarpon Springs is approximately 25 minutes west on SR 54. The house is fully equipped and can sleep 8 comfortably. Cable and wireless internet are included in the rental fee. Free phone with unlimited local and long distance calls within the US, Canada, and US Virgin Islands is included in the rental fee. ;

The second full bath is very large as well with double sinks. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The home has central air conditioning and heating. There are beautiful hardwood floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs in the bedrooms.Large living room that opens up to the huge screened lanai that overlooks the pool and lake. This is a perfect home for entertaining and just kicking back and enjoying the cool evening lake breeze while you see ducks and birds.There is a built-in entertainment center with cable t.v. and dvd player. Also a separate dining room as well as a breakfast area overlooking the lake. Tables on the lanai and out by the pool as well for dining. The gourmet kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with a large island that seats three. A sitting/reading room is also downstairs.
