description:This house sits on the shore of Clear Lake, every room has gorgeous views of the lake. The house, built in 2001, is three stories. The bottom floor is a bedroom and bath with French doors opening onto a large deck overlooking the lake. The second floor has a den/bedroom, bath, living room, and kitchen. The entire front of the second floor is glass doors that open to the balcony. The balcony faces south across the lake, the sunsets are to die for! Then the third floor is a large master bedroom with bath and sitting room. The open interior of the house is knotty-pine creating a warm, homey feeling. The entire house was completely refurnished in 2005. The yard is completely fenced. It has a large, brand new deck with a water fall feature. Shade is provided by a large shade sail and trees. The boat dock floats in front of the house allowing you to tie your boat close to the house. If you are not bringing a boat, you can simply lower the dock to water level to fish or swim right from the dock. If you are bringing your dog(s), the house is all ready for them. Besides the yard being fenced, we've provided dog bowls, towels, and treats. Also, there is a lot of space for car parking within the fence. ;
