Very immaculate well designed home with many extras inside. Dual side gas fireplace, three bedroom total, two master suites, office, loft, huge screened lanai, with lots of privacy and quiet from neighbors and traffic. This home is at 3000 feet above sea level and is always nice and cool. The wind blowing through the 200 foot trees makes for an amazing sound that makes you feel at peace and at one with nature. The neighbors are close enough to walk and visit yet far enough away to make you feel like you are alone in the country. The property is in a 16 lot subdivision. All of the properties in the subdivision are over 2 acres in size. You are four miles up the hill from downtown Makawao which is a quaint artist country town. You are eight miles uphill from the coast. ;

Furnished in traditional island style furniture, the living room, formal dining room and bedrooms will give you the flavor of old Hawaii.
