Located on a private pond that affords you a very safe place to keep your rental boat (up 30' outboards) right outside the door. Pond Bay Beach is only two blocks away if you want to put your toes in the sand and a short 5 minute walk away is The Mermaid Reef one of Abaco's most frequented spots, a great place to snorkel just yards from the beach. Sit on the outside patio, relax in the hammock, feed pet fish at the dock, kayak through the mangroves, snorkle at Mermaid Reef or hop in the boat and visit one of the many beaches.
