This house is 4 blocks from a secluded portion of Scarborough State Beach and approx 100 yards to the community (tennis courts/bascketball courts and playground) Some of the amenities include: double lot/5 parking spaces/wireless internet/basic cable TV/1 TV upstairs and 1 TV downstairs/large deck/washer dryer/outdoor shower. Many of the upgrades were completed April 2008. The only rental option is Saturday-Saturday (no exceptions). However, multiple weeks are welcome. Thanks for your interest.
