It's just a 15 minute drive to Watkins Glen and within walking distance to Wagner's Winery there will be another beautiful sunset the next evening too.Our Lake House is a new 2 story, 2 bedroom, single bath vacation house with room for 4 guests maximum. We're best suited for adults for safety reasons. Cook in our fully equipped kitchen or dine at one of our nearby reasonably priced restaurants. The restaurants range from funky to elegant dining. And as always, all area restaurants have casual dress.We're furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. We have wood and tile on the first floor, and two carpeted bedrooms on the second. Our lake house has cathedral ceilings with full glass overlooking Seneca Lake. To keep you comfortable, we have a gas fireplace, AC, and ceiling fans. At the beach there is a firepit, picnic table, beach house, a canoe, and two new beautiful docks. Mooring is available for small boats. You can walk down the beautiful multi-decked stairs or drive to the beach. We have several decks for full sun or shade.
