Central heating makes it ideal for cozy winter days and evenings. During the summer, the stone construction of the house and ceiling fans in the kitchen,living and dining rooms, and bedrooms (one is air conditioned), keeps you cool after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing As you walk through the front door you are in a hall with a door to the right leading into the spacious garage and Laundry area(equipped with washer and a dryer). Stairs straight ahead lead up to the living space on the first and second floors. Up the stairs and through a glazed door and you enter an open plan area with a small entrance hall and living room, with comfortable seating. Here tiled floors, white walls, exposed beams and stone create a spacious and gracious warm ambience. There is a wood burning fire place (there is a supply of logs in the garage)and a multi format television with satellite reception, a video recorder and dvd player.
