The Plantation (gated community) in which Southern Charm is located is like slipping into Paradise with its local vegetation, native birds, beautiful Gulf View and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Guests will leave totally relaxed and truly in love with the island. Floorplan Southern Charm has 3 levels with balconies and porches on Levels 2 and 3. A tiled entry with laundry room greets guests on the 1st level. 2nd Level 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Extremely open livingroom, dining room and kitchen area. Palm tree decor combines light woods of the kitchen cabinets and Corian countertops with family owned antiques and an antique fireplace mantel. Livingroom is equipped with large TV within built in entertainment center, sleeper sofa and love seat, DVD player, gas fireplace, reading nook with 2 rockers.
