Whole house has wifi-highspeed internet service, phone, central air/heat, grill, outdoor shower, private boardwalk to beach, boogie boards, fishing poles, etc. Wonderful old Florida style home with all the comforts needed for a great vacation sits atop a dune on a private Atlantic beach five miles from historic St. Augustine. We are members of Serenata Beach Club a few blocks north of us so renters have the option of joining for the week and using their 2 pools, (one is heated) jacuzzi and fitness room for about $170/week per family.;
