This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. The festival is located right across the boardwalk from this beachfront community. Great area for Winter Texans and Snowbirds. This home has a large fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to feed your family in style. The two dining room tables seat 10 and there is a breakfast bar that seats three. The deck table and chairs seat four to six. Computer and wireless network for internet access.You can connect your laptop to the in-house wireless system. There is a VCR, DVD player, and CD player in the living area with Cable TV. All the bedrooms have Cable TV and a TV and VCR.
