This Chalet style home is located in the Pines and Aspens, 1/4 mile from the State Park at Thumb Butte, yet 2 miles from Whiskey Row and the Courthouse Square in downtown Prescott. You can walk to Thumbe Butte State Park and explore the endless hiking and biking paths that would take days to master. Or, if shopping, dining, and nightlife is your calling, you can't beat our famous 'Whiskey Row' for a good dose of live music, dancing, and dining. A multitude of shops and restaurants line the Square, along with the weekend events in the Square that Prescott is so well known for.
