We are truly oceanfront, and truly in the town of Puerto Morelos, not the surrounding environs! Since you are right in town (an easy 10-15 minute walk to the town square by way of the beach or on the road), you only have to rent a car if you are planning further day trips. This is a roomy, 2 BR, 2 bath unit with a large (5x15 foot) balcony. Great place for cozy AM coffee or private romantic evening nightcap. We chose this condo specifically for its pristine view, then equipped it with the amenities that tenants most request, so you can just relax and enjoy yourselves. This is why you go on vacation! There is even a kite surfing kiosk on the beach in the high season (and also randomly other times), so you can have free entertainment (or maybe you might try it yourself!) You can also have a massage and/or facial on the beach by our local masseuse. Around the pool, there are plenty of loungers and 5 palapas, so you have your choice of sun or shade. There are only 20 units in the complex, so you never have those awful crowded pool days. Very friendly and helpful condo managers on site (English and Spanish speaking). We also chose this condo for the very wonderful people staffing your needs, and constantly get comments from renters praising them. The complex has kayaks and washers and dryers for tenants' use. Our condo has a safe and additionally a larger locking closet for any other valuables, such as laptops and camera equipment, just for your own peace of mind when you're out on the town. Puerto Morelos is a very safe place. The reef is straight off the beach, and there are plenty of guide boats for snorkeling tours (about $25 per person). Needless to say, fishing is also great! There are plenty of restaurants in PM, or you can cook your own meals at the... ;
