The Intercoastal Waterway (ICW), Estes Flats & Red Fish Bay are on the backside and Palm Harbor canal on the front. Since the house is on the bulkhead, no other homes block the view on the ICW side, just incredible bay views as far as you can see! 107 Ocean Drive has all the fishing amenities: boat lift, dock and huge fish cleaning station. On the ICW side there are bright quartz lights shining on the water at night to attract the bay shrimp and subsequent trouts and reds. The house will sleep 14 people comfortably, as it has 6 bedrooms and 8 beds. 1 King, 5 Queens and 2 Twins. The upstairs master bedroom has one king size bed and shares a shower bath with a bedroom that has 1 queen size bed. The third bedroom upstairs has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds.
