description:This newly renovated 3 bedroom home snuggled in a little hamlet called Roundtop NY. Unfortunatly it was not in the drop down tab so I used the town of Cairo that it is in. This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on almost 3 acres. The land has a nice stream that flows through the middle of the property. The property sits next to Catskills gem golf course, Blackhead Mountain lodge and Country Club with a beautiful old world German bar and restaurant. It is actually walking distance of less that 100 feet. The house has brazilian Tigerwood hardwood floors throughout the house. It has central air conditioning and heat. The master bedroom is a little tight with room due to the King size bed but the sleep you will get on the very high quality pillow top matress will make up for it. The master bedroom boasts a 42 plasma TV with Directv. We bought the oversized furniture planning to place an addition on the house with a large masterbed room. These plans are in the works. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. There is only 1 full bathroom in the house right now. The half bath is getting renovated. The kitchen is completely brand new with beautiful Mocha marked cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a coffee/espresso maker. There is a very large living room with 2 oversize sofas that will comfortably sleep 1 adult and 1 child (or small adult). There also is a large oversize chair that my friends crashed on. The living room has a 50 plasma TV with Bose surround sound. The house has a washer and dryer that is available for use. There is a back deck with adarondeck chairs, tiki torches and a great view of Blackhead Mountain. There is also a large gas grill and beer cooler for your BBQ pleasure. Its the perfect place to sit back enjoy a cigar and listen to nothing. Please no smoking inside the house but you are welcome to enjoy your cigarette outside.
