I require a $20 deposit for the pass in a separate check. When you leave the pass on the table upon checkout, I will void the check & mail it back to you. The home has two separate entrances. The one in the rear has a handicap ramp if needed, plenty of parking. Nice deck on rear with a new gas BBQ grille & patio set.
