This townhouse condo has everything you may need. Most accommodating with lots of extras including my new HD wide screen TV. The entire bottom floor has 16x16 ceramic tile. Living space is 1150 sq.ft. which makes this a very spacious comfortable vacation condo. Kitchen is fully equipped including an extra large electric griddle which is great for the large breakfast feast. This condo has a bonus room which is so comfortable. Room has a quality futon with a 9 mattress. It may be used as a sitting room or an additional bedroom. Great for the kids! It has a small wicker dresser, wicker storage chest for the linens, and a closet. You will love it! Relax on the leather sofa sleeper or lounge on a leather rocker/recliner while watching the 34 HD (high definition) wide screen TV with cable channels. 1/2 bath downstairs for you convenience. As you look out the sliding doors you will see a high top table with 4 swivel chairs and a new BBQ grill. Also, a large rubbermaid storage chest filled with beach chairs, beach umbrella, tennis rackets and balls, and other goodies. Upstairs you will find a King size bed in the master bedroom with a 20 flat screen TV with DVD on a wall mount. The master bathroom has double sinks, bathtub and shower.
