There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.

Our guests rave about this cottage, which is beautifully decorated and within walking distance to 'everything'! Walk to the Village or Pier, instead of having to park, for a drink in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. This is especially handy for big events where parking is at a premium, such as music at the lighthouse, festivals, art shows and the fireworks during the 4th of July! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St. Simons Island has to offer. Double French doors lead from the bar/den to the large outdoor deck for great entertaining. A large fenced-in back yard allows the kids and dogs a good place to run. You could challenge our nextdoor neighbor G, a veteran of World War II, to a game of Horse Shoes. All the neighbors are great and we take care to ensure that our guests feel at home and respect the folks that live here permanently.
